Leaky tranny when extreme cold ?

Installed a ATS tranny E40d , about 1 year ago . Now here in NY we started getting some low temps 15-20 degrees recenty overnight and upon start up in the morning cold I get a leak of tranny fluid at the bell housing. But as the truck warms up the leak goes away . Is the front seal bad or is it just frozen from the cold temps? Has awayone had this before? Thanks..
