electronic override programmer?

Transcommander? is there something that i can plug in that would override my PCM and force the tranny to shift properly?

its shifting like **** when it gets at operating temp. i took it to a tranny shop, and he could feel that it would only shift at redline in first to second, but after some time, it would shift okay. with the scanner, it showed no faults and there is nothing stating that there is anything wrong, but obviously there is..... so it may be the computer thats jacked up, and if i can bypass that, it might work... so like, have an external trans controller, ya know?
