Screeching noise.

Hey guys i just finished a 5 speed conversion on my truck. New LUK clutch,, throwout bearing, clutch fork. I put lithium grease on the input shaft, bearing face and clutch fork pivot pin. With the transmission in neutral and the clutch pedal released there is a screeching, creaking noise coming from inside the bellhousing. It will disappear if i push or pull the clutch fork up or down. What should i be looking at and if its the pivot pin can it be replaced with the transmission bolted up?

Okay after some more money and figuring out i have fixed the screeching problem. LUK put the wrong throwout bearing in the kit. Bought a throwout bearing from ford ( much heavier, fit nice and snug.). And installed the input shaft end repair kit and the screeching is all gone now. Also a new pivot pin and master/slave assembly.

Okay an update on this. Drove the truck for a week, thinking the screeching/squeaking issue was fixed. Its started doing it again. Now the shift fork i am using does have some damage on it from using the wrong throwout bearing. I also installed a zf-5 input shaft repair kit as well while i had the transmission out again. Does anyone have any ideas as too why the screeching has started again?
