tranny wont shift

so i keep pulling codes for my iat sensor high voltage and a internal control modual keep alive memory my truck wont shift out of second and if i get on it
it will rev out i had an extra selonoid pack and tried changing that but it didnt work i was thinking bad lip seal. any suggestions???
