97 f250 input shaft scratched how bad is it

Just dropped my tranny to replace my clutch throwout bearing went out didnt know how bad till i dropped the tranny it came apart and scratched the input shaft should i put the new on in ill try and upload a pic

Take some 600 Grit sandpaper, sand it till its smooth if there are any burrs, and boom. Not much too it. If it isnt burred up, Dont worry about it.

Thank you sir took your advice and sanded it as smooth as i could got her all put back together and works perfect thanks again
