Lazy shifting

3:55 gears, Around 40 mph, trans is lazy shifting into 4th, it will hang until I get to around 45mph, it usually stays if I back down to 40, trans done 20,000 mi ago, other than that trans works good. Cant remember if my old 2000 F250 7.3 acted this way, that was about 5 yrs ago.

Doesn't go into OD until 45? That's what mine did stock and still does it with tunes but not as bad. That's just how the gearing is or else it will bog down if it shifts any sooner.

MIne shifts into OD around 38 on Econ, DD, and Sport TW tunes.

I wonder if it's shifting but not locking the TC until late? Can you feel the TC lock?
