Flashing O/D light, Hard Shifts??

Couple of days ago i blew a trans line, got it towed to my local auto shop (friend of mine) he replaced the line, put new fluid in and filter. Went and grabbed the truck and now the O/D light is flashing, along with hard shirts... Ive never had a problem with this trans until now. it has 136k on it all stock... never ran hard. When i blew the line i immediately pulled over to the side and got a tow...

Any Ideas???

Was out driving today and everything is back to normal.
