Need some help quick

Ok, so I got a TS 6-position chip for Christmas (1996 f250 psd) Now when i start the truck in any of the settings, except high idle, it lopes until i mash the throttle and get it to stop then it runs fine. Also, the wait to start light just flashes and doesnt stay on for a full cycle. I pulled the chip and put the truck on a scan gauge and checked some vitals. My ICP pressure at idle stayed steady around 580 psi. Cranking it went to 1014 psi then to 580 at idle. My IPR percentage was steady at 16%. The truck did have the P0603 Internal Control Module KAM error. Then when my mechanic did a "key on engine running self test" it threw 2 new codes. One for EBPV but thats wired open so i expected that. The other was a P1705 not in park or neutral. Basically what im asking is, what here is normal and what all this $hit means. Thanks, Jeff
