ZF (trans maker) recommends Castrol TranSynd and it takes a little short of 4 quarts. In any case make sure it's a full synthetic ATF. Cheers!

Is that with the TranSynd, or are you running something else?

i didn't see the transynd post till i was done.. i didn't expect this to be confusing. i was just gonna get some full synthetic merkonV. but none of the merkonV said full synthetic. they had merkonIV and merkonVI that said full synthetic? i spoke with the counter person, he looked it up and wasn't much help, he called his tech dept, still not much help. went across street... same deal.

so a few people recommended merkon V so i picked up castrol merkonV and went with it. i couldn't find my lil pump so i removed shifter and cover and poured it in till it started coming out of hole in side of case.

it did make a difference, so was worth the effort...
