94 7.3 reverse revs up after warmup

trying to figure this out 94 f250 heavy duty. when i put in reverse after its warmed up it will throttle up after 2 seconds engine gets louder and have to ride brake or it will go really fast in reverse. When its cold its fine any ideas

Probably needs a fluid and filter change. You'd be surprised how many 'problems' can be fixed that way.
