zf problem please help

hey guys new to the forum, i just did the zf5 swap from e40d in my 95 f250, only problem is it jumps out of 4th when i let off the go pedal....any ideas of what could be wrong?

well figured out something strange this morning, when the transmission is cold it shifts perfect, doesnt jump out of gear, but once its warmed up it does

hey ryan did you figure out was wrong my 94 is doing the same thing. and i just had the trans rebuilt looking for ideas.

Probably the detent for that gear is getting worn.
