auto shifter bushings and reverse sucks

i bought an upgraded rebuilt e40d from OE transmissions and reverse sucks, i talked to the shop and they said something about blockage-

well i never made time to drop it off to them 80 miles away- i use the truck everyday for work and not backing up.-

i have to rev it pretty high to get it to move slowly- i've had to have messed up disks form flooring it in reverse. i want to fix it.

anyone have any insight on a weak reverse?

im pretty sure the shop isnt around anymore-

-------also i need new shifter bushings and i cant seem to find just 2 bushings-- wondering if anyone has a solution for this...
