hard shifting and TC locking up

since ive owned this truck, it likes to lock the torque converter up in reverse at an idle after its warmed up and has been driven a while. it has never done it in first at an idle. when i say it locks up, i mean it feels like the lock up clutch is engaging. it lugs down and the truck tried to move pretty hard. i didnt drive my truck for 3 weeks because the ICP sensor went out and i was working on other things. after i got it running again (5 days or so) it has been shifting very hard and the torque converter locks up in drive at an idle. it will lock up for about 5 seconds, then unlock. then it locks up again 5 seconds later. its getting irritating. anyone know what might be causing this?

You have a cross leak in the pump. The pump is warped.
