No Converter Lockup and No Cooler Flow???

The converter lockup in my truck stopped working while driving. It set a Trans slip code. I then noticed that the trans cooler is ice cold after driving for an hour. That cant be. So im assuming there is no fluid flowing through the cooler. The trans is original with 160,000 miles on it. The shifts are still nice and firm. Any input?? Thanks
