converter lock up

brand new rebuilt trans, tugger kit new solenoid pack and new triple disc racer x converter. shifts good but the converter dont lock up! checked solenoid it works. tried to manualy lock it up but nothin happens! lookin for advice

pulled trans, no stuck valves. all is right and workin. still no lock up. racer x wont call back about the converter. its all thats left bad converter, had trouble with it since i took it out of the box!

Been the route with a bad converter. Ended up costing me 2 installs. Wont ever buy a dam thing from BD Power again. Document everything. Track any shipments back to them very closely. Cover your own butt.

Well if you already tested the solinoid there is not much I can do for ya. Hope it works out for ya.

tested and retested!! all thats left is a junk racer x converter! the hub was junk when i got it, tore the bushing out of the pump in less than 20 miles!!
