trans temp??

I have a 96 powerstroke with the E4OD. i am looking for some input on temps, i think its running hot. on the interstate with no load i can get in the 180-200 range.
this is to hot right?

if you get over 200, start to worry. tranny temp should not be more than 80 degrees above the outside air temp.
