throw out bearing???

[95pstroker]

my 95 at idle, the tranny makes a rattle noise. it goes throught the first two gears great. i put into 3rd and it will stay but as soon as i get in it, it will throw it out, its the only gear that it does it to. clutch feels fine. help please i would love to use 3rd gear.
