trans help

96 f350 trans shifts funny gota let off to get it to shift. changed fluid and filter, pan full of metal chips! looking for advice. Mostly what parts to get for the rebuild. thanks for the help!

You need a complete rebuild if you want to do a DYI best is to talk to John Wood about his DYI kit.

Best TQ you can get for a stock to mild build is a modded 6.0TC.

Cover is for a 7.3 so it just bolts up, what John Wood uses on his builds.

got it out and apart, second was a lil hot but the converter sounds like its full of marbles! should be goin back together tonite. racer x converter, tugger kit, solenoid pack and a full rebuild.
