Just rebuilt a tranny for my 97 powerstroke and I keep having the tcc lock in after second gear. I hooked up my solus pro scanner and drove it to work and back home. According to the scanner the Engine or Tranny is overheating when it actually isn't causing the Tcc to engage. Can someone tell me what to look for or replace to fix this problem.

Had system Reflashed at dealership everything else is working good but still having tranny shift in and out
