anyone know where to get a solid trans rebild kit? im looking to strart doing serious mods and i wanna have a solid trans first

BTS or John Wood..real trans guys and build bullet proof trans.

Racer X helped me out a lot. there really nice to talk with,they will sell you parts and you build the trany or have them build up the what ever you want. there phone # is 702-609-9707 i talked to pete. i had emailed BTS but unless you are willing to spend $5,000 they won't respond.

BS a BTS doesn't cost $5k and they are more than happy to talk to anyone. If you are wanting to build your own then Call John Wood..a real trans builder and get one of his kits.

if you are going to do it yourself do some research... dont get all of your parts at one place... i am having a trans built by my tranny guy and i got all of my parts (bullet imput, inter, and output shafts, along with EVERYTHING upgraded... even got dowl kits to reinforce the case) all of the parts cost my around $3200 + TC. i priced out getting everything from one place (price out several shops) cost of parts was going to be 4300-4900 + TC. once my trans is done i will be posting all of the part numbers of everything in it (except for some custom parts)
