Disconnected MAP Sensor on '97

I disconnected the MAP sensor on my '97 stock F250 Ps today. Ran much better when cold and warmed up. Better idle, more balls, etc. Got new MAP sensor form Ford. Connected it, truck ran about like it did before I disconnected original with 210K miles on it. Has had no balls until warmed up since '99 or 2000. The disconnect was a BIGTIME improvement. But I thought a new one was in order and replaced it. Now basically in same boat. I am a newbie, and any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. This forum is great and has rally opened my eyes and interest.

LOL, i saw a news video from Dallas and it started a grassfire after the sonic boom it made. It burned an area about the size of 2 football fields .

Where do I go to find the OBS chat? And what does OBS stand for?
