Turbo rebuild question....

So got a second turbo to rebuild. after soaking and getting cartridge separated something bothered me. I took out the hot side turbine that is attached to the shaft, and the fins don't look good to me. I am almost positive but am sure they are not to have little pieces missing. If it is please correct me and put my mind at ease. If not can I get just a new wheel or do I need to get a new wheel and shaft? also where can I get these parts?
