Another No Start...

Ok guys I know theres alot of these "no starts" but maybe one of you guys can help me out.
Here goes.
New Batteries, New starter, New GPR, New glowplugs.
I have Tested the glow plugs and they do work. I have tested the entire GP set up and they DO turn on when I turn the key forward.
My truck will not start in 30 degree weather, it will only gallop and then die, no matter how many times I cycle the plugs.
It does smoke while cranking at the tack moves.
If I plug the truck in over night the truck will start right up and will lope for about 15 seconds and then smooth out.
I have spent my entire Saturday trying to solve this problem and it still wont start up for me. Any help is appreciated!

okay. i have read that a bad ICP sensor is bad when there is oil on it. well i had checked mine and from the touch the plastic had cracked and there was oil INSIDE the plug. Could this be the problem? I will check the auto store tomorrow to see if they have them.

Sounds like it could be your issue. Replace it and it will probably cure alot of things you didn't notice were wrong or suffering. It made my truck feel like it had a new motor in it.
