Blue-ish white smoke.

Trying to figure out what the problem is. When I start up the truck the smoke starts, but very faintly. When I start pushing the pedal it comes out more dense. I replaced the UVC gasket and the connector at the front of the engine on the passenger side and there was no smoke when I did it. But when I replaced the connector on the same side closest to the firewall it started pushing out the smoke. Just before I replaced the connector I had someone scan the engine to tell me if I had anything going on that I should know about. He told me that the number 7 injector was bad after doing the buzz test and a cylinder contribution test. I knew that one or more of them were bad long before I took it to him and it didn't start smoking until after that test and me replacing the connector. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Upon further inspection I found that the truck is leaking coolant, but from where I do not know. When I crawled under the truck I found that there were bubbles forming on top of the exhaust manifold. Also when I removed the oil filler cap there was smoke or what appears to be smoke coming out of it. I might just say f*** it and get it rebuilt if it's what I'm hoping it's not.
