Tach not working, truck runs just fine

Hoping someone can help me out here. A couple months ago when I installed my TW chip, I noticed that my tach stopped working, and I didn't really think anything of it at the time. Now that I'm getting into snow plowing and a lot more towing, I'd like to have my tach working for monitoring reasons. Is there anything behind the dash that could cause the tach to stop working? I wouldn't think it'd be the CPS because the trick still runs just fine. Any help is appreciated.

Can you get a scanner / AE / etc. on it, and see if the PCM is still reporting RPM properly? Then at least you'll know whether the issue is with the PCM/chip or external to it.

Have you tried removing the chip and see if tach becomes functional again?

So is Tony still actively supporting his chip/tunes? Haven't heard any updates about him after Morgan. Maybe find somebody else who supports his gear and see if they have any insight....

Ill try to get a scanner on it in the next few days, and also pull the chip to see. But yes, I ordered the chip after the passing of Morgan, so I would assume that Tony still supports his tuning.
