96 powerstroke GPR part #

I need to replace the GPR on my truck. Problem is that all parts stores, even the ford dealership, only lists the GPR that looks like a starter cylinoid. Mine looks nothing like that. It has two top terminals and an electrical plug on the side. Anyone know the part # I need to ask for? Thanks for any and all responses.


96 f350 powerstroke
6 position tuner
3" down pipe 4" turbo back
Newly built tranny, billet tourque converter, heavy duty clutches, shift kit
Stock motor with 189k
9" lift on 37" toyo M/t's

Save yourself some money and get this instead

Idk if it is or not. Car fax says its only been registered in Florida. Here is a pic of what mine looks like.

Hmm that looks like the goofy relay the E94.5s had. But i thought they got rid of it before 95 someone else could probably explain that better but regardless you can use the relay i linked to you just have to clip the plug off and put some terminal connectors on the end of the wires

Good luck bud I doubt you will be able to like I said they did away with that style in 94.5 and I seem to recall reading a thread where someone said they brought it back one year which I would assume is 96 since you obviously have but don't quote me on that. But all other trucks had the style like the one in my picture on that thread. But hey fords done weirder things
