truck is acting weird. can anyone help me

i have a 1997 f250 7.3 with alsmot 190k on it. stock everything. plugged it in and started it couple hours later. had it warming up and i came outside and it wasnt on. that was the first time this happened. wait to start light didnt come on so checked fuses and fuse #22 blew the one for the pcm and fuel bowl heater. i replaced the 30 amp fuse and it ran fine the rest of the day. that night i went to get fuel and the transmission was stuck in torque converor lockup. when i parked it it almost stalled and check engine light kept comming on when the rpms got low enough. then i went on the highway and the battery voltage flucuated a little bit and it never does that. does anyone know what can cause this?

Could be the alternator, not producing a charge. Measure voltage at either battery with engine off, engine running, engine revved up, AFTER the glow plugs have cycled off.

Might also want to load test the batteries (have to isolate them to get a valid test).
