Unhappy Engine deep sound, what can it be? with video

Hello everyone
96 , fuel bowl erased and electric pump mode, also run on WVO.
Oil change last week, and new Injectors O rings a month ago.

Today the truck start to make a weird deep sound at low rpm and under acceleration. It disappear if accelerate more. Also rpm drops a little bit when the deep sound start at idle. No noticeable lack of power. Rather than that, trucks runs good. The noise is intermittent, but I noticed is doing it more often

noise starts at 5 sec in the video.
What can it be?

Any input is highly appreciated

Thanks

its fine to drive. ive had three of these things and they all do it sometimes one of them all the time. there could be a lot of things that cause it such as a chip. If your worried about it, replace your ipr or clean it... they get gunked up and it causes your high pressure oil system to be slow to respond. but like I said its not a big deal and you wont notice any lack of power or anything like that.
