94.5 f250 runs great one day and bad the next.

I have had my truck for 3 years and for the last year or so it feals off. It will run great one day and will lose power the next. Some times its more rapid. It will change mid way threw my drive to work. It won't lose tons of power but I notice it. It seems like it has more power in the first 5 mins of running. It also seems like if I idle for a few mins it will have more power for a few mins.

As for the truck it is a 5 speed, 200kmi, has an intake, 3" downpipe, 4" rest of exhaust, tony wildman 100hp tuner, new cam sensor, 7 out of 8 injectors I know have been changed, it doesn't change with fresh oil change, it has a slight fuel leak on top of the motor that hasn't changed since I got the truck, I cleaned the contacts on the chip and pcm with a dry Q tip and it seemed to pickup after that. About 2 1/2 years ago my windshield leaked onto the switch for the chip and it got stuck on pos 1 for a few days (didnt notice lack of power for at least a year after)

Thanks in advance for any help. Overall the truck runs good just sometimes better than others.

O and I have a boost gauge and pyromiter and they don't seem to change when the truck acts up.
