Fuel Pump leaking?

I am a Neebie to the org but have been a long time PSD owner. I have always had a little leak in the valley but cured it with the banjo nut washers. Now I have a rather large leak and a rough idle at times. There is a large puddle at the back of the valley (under fuel pump and turbo). The rough idle disappears when I step on the go pedal but returns when the idle returns to normal. I purchased the fuel bowl o-ring rebuild kit from Diesel O-Ring and plan on replacing all the o-rings in the bowl, regulator, and pump. During research, I discovered there is two weep holes on the bottom fuel pump. Could the rough idle and large fuel leak be the caused by the fuel pump going bad and leaking out the buttom? Any and all help would be appreciated.

Thanks
FNG (F&%# New Guy)

Yes, the "lower" pump is the high pressure pump to the injectors. The leak could be letting air in or too much pressure out to fire the injectors correctly. Time for E-fuel...

I bought the fuel pump from Auto Zone $90.00. I bought the O-Rings from Guzzles Diesel O-Ring.
