Pulled Motor... Know what?

I pulled the motor so I could replace the oil pan on my 94 PSD. I reinstalled everything and it started up after a couple cranks. Sweet. But, it's still taking several tries to get it to run. It's always started right up. Even in -10 w/o the block heater. What do I need to check?

Glow plugs are new along with the UVCH. GPR is about 6 months old.

Just run it. It can take 50 miles to work all the air out of the system.
