I've been gone a while. Traded the ol 00 F550 2wd off for a 97 F350cclb 4x4 manual about 2 years ago. Now the old dog has almost 310K on it and since I've got it it's running better than when I got it. I did intake, downpipe, straight exhaust w/o cat 4" and t.s. 6 position chip.
Now my issue... When it's a nice cool sprin/summer/fall morning the thing runs great. A bit low on power over all but runs as good as she can. Now when it warms up, the bottom falls out. At stop Lights I have to tac it up to 1500rpms sometimes to keep it from stalling when taking off. When I'm cruising along on flat land and head up a slope it will kinda surge and goes limp if it's warm enough.
It has a good bit of blow by but not enough to really create these issues. It is hard to start sometimes but it never leaves me stranded, even if I haven't driven it in a week in the middle of the ohio winter.
It just seems like something that can be fixed without an overhaul. Injectors are probably the first things that will come to everyone's mind, and I know I need injectors, but after that, what do you guys think I can do to try and remedy the problem.

p.s. I need to know where to get a rebuild kit for the ol ZF5. She grinds more than an overweight stripper in a dirty backwoods gentleman's club!
