96 psd jerks when going down the road

Going down the road the check engine light came on and i have no throttle. The CEL will go off and then i have throttle again. I changed the TPS and that did not help. I changed the IVS and that did not help. Am not at the house so I cant plug into it. Any advice would be appreciated.
