Injector issues and lots of power loss

I am having problems with my injectors. I did the cylinder controbution, I did the test many times it was always different. I would do the test, the result would show 5 cylinders were not contributing. I would run the test a little while later and 4 would be bad, then test again 7 would be bad, then 3 and so forth. I talked with a mechanic and he suggested replacing the 3 (cylinder number 2,3, and 7) injectors that appear most. recently replaced the 3 injectors that were bad. My truck runs a lot better now but I hooked up to a 7000lb trailer and I went up a 6% grade and the truck pulled like a little 12 year old school girl. I did a cylinder contribution test this week and the computer I ran the test 3 times again and the results were 2,3,6,7 were bad. 2nd test 3,7 were bad. then 3,5,6, were bad I need some help the truck has 140,000 miles and I dont know what to do

Pull the VC connectors to the main harness. Find the center pin an set your meter to OHMs scale. Hold on the center pin (of 5) and touch the one to the left and right of center. What is your reading at all 4 connections?
