Very Strange Electrical Problem.. HELP!!

I have a 97' dually F superduty conversion truck. This truck has a 170k all of which is under a 32k lbs gooseneck. Trailer is electric over hydralic disc brake.

Here is the problem:
Truck dies when trailer blrakes applied at max setting.
Truck dies when electric window are touched intermittent.
Truck dies when turn signal is used under hard acceleration.
Truck dies from windwhield wipers first start.

All symptons are far worse when headlights/ trailer lights are on.

I have pulled every wire harness conection apart checking for corrosion. everything seems fine and i cannot duplicate the problem by wiggling any harness. I replaced injectors not too long ago. this did not make the problem any better or worse. While doing injectors the under valve cover harnesses looked fine. Truck idles fine and runs very strong.

Thanks for any input on this issue. I am Clueless!!

Have you had a battery and alternator test performed? I would start with the basics if you haven't yet...
1. Remove batteries from truck and test individually
2. Test alternator output under load and without load
3. Check grounds from batteries to chassis, chassis to motor, chassis to cab.
