95 performance issues?

Hi all i have a 1995 f2504x4 5spd 4:10 gears wtih a 3" down pipe to a 3" straight pipe i also have the 6637 mod and a ts 6pos chip. My question is how much boost should my truck push? it only hits around 12 at the most when im really in it.

doesnt seem horrible for a fairly stock truck.. but.. you could possibly have a boost leak... you can make something like this to check: http://www.dieselsite.com/dieselsite...etector-4.aspx

Interesting i wonder how to go about making it. I just thought that was kinda low compared to some guys saying they are hitting 20's.

you could use a rubber hose and clamp, pvc pipe with an end cap and just buy the pressure regulator....
