White Smoke on Startup - Video inside

Hello, I'm new to the forum. I understand that white smoke has been addressed and beat to death, I was just hoping you could look at my video of my "new" 1997 E350 donor van. The engine has 360,000 ish miles, and on startup it blows white smoke. This was at 80F approx. Van had been sitting for a long time before I picked it up, but had been run periodically. The day before this video I drove 30 miles home, and it ran great, but has this white smoke at start. It quickly clears. It seems hard to call it a bad GP with the ambient temperature. The idle increases towards the end of the video when the idle controller takes over for "charge protect."

What say you? GP? Leaky Injector? Bad motor?

I'm planning on using it as a repower transplant. Got the bus for $500.

Bad link. You probably pasted the text in front of a link, rather than the URL itself.

Try leaving the key in RUN for longer, after the WTS light goes off. An extra 10 seconds or so. If that helps, then either you have one or more weak glow plugs, or the GP relay is working but weak (providing low voltage to the GPs). These engines require good working glow plugs regardless of the outside temperature.

Wow, you stole that van.

Sorry about that, link fixed. You aren't kidding about stealing it... has a working wheelchair lift, second AC unit, brand new tires on drivers side dually... thing must weigh atleast 7000lbs, so it's 600 in scrap value. Engine started right up, tranny shifts nice, ran down the road well except for brake problem...
