Rash of this going around right now. Cheap fixes for the moment: change the CPS, check that the tin nut on the IPR is tight, with the truck idling rough pull the ICP plug off and see if it smooths out, and lastly for now pull the FPR out and look for a clogged screen and a collapsed FPR spring.
