Unhappy why won't my truck work?!?!

okay so when i turn my key nothing happens at all, to get it to start i have to use a screwdriver to skip the solenoid on the fender to get it to crank. so i replaced that solenoid, checked the grounds i could think of and i replaced the starter but nothing seems to work i am stumped any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

sounds like the clutch interrupt switch is bad...

look at your clutch pedal linkage and you will see the switch, just jump the 2 wires together and see if it starts, Also did you check all of your fuses?

If it starts when you jumper the switch, that does NOT necessarily mean the switch is bad. The more likely scenario is that there's excessive wear on the pedal box bushings, and/or the bushing between the pushrod and the stud on the pedal arm, therefore the pushrod isn't moving enough to activate the switch. The bigger problem with this is that it does not fully disengage the clutch. If you let the wear on the pushrod bushing get excessive, it'll grind on the pushrod eyelet and expand ("oval out") the eyelet, and you'll have to replace it, or modify it with a Heim joint.
