Crank crank crank no start?

Hey everyone im pretty new to this diesel stuff and theres alot of great stuff on here but i've given up so I need to ask a question. My truck is a 1995 f250 7.3 203,000 miles with k&n intake and 3 1/2in dp and a rebuilt tranny the rest is stock ive owned it for about 4 months . About three week ago I changed my injector o-ring because there was alot of blue smoke when i would start it up in the mornings but once it was warmed up no smoke at all. While i was doing the injectors I pulled out injector #8 and the metal on it looked like someone beat it with a hammer but at the time i didn't have money to replace it. So i just put it back in. Everything went good but it still smoked a little blue when i would start it in the mornings.
A week went by and I ordered a TS chip. I put it in, The first day i had it ran good. The next day I started it and a Big cloud of white/grey smoke came out along with a little blue. Once the truck got warmed up I started to hear this clap noise from the exhaust(maybe a misfire?) with a little smoke every time i heard it. So about two days later I went to start it and it wouldn't fire. I ended up having to fill up the hpop res. because it was a little low and it started right up. Then I took up the chip for good. I drove it home from my buddys house and then went the the beach for a week got back and tried to start it and nothing it didnt even fire. I filled the hpop back up cause it was a little low again changed the cps and still nothing when I cranked it. It all started when I put the that chip in. So do you guys have any ideas? Throw them at me. Thanks yall!

Sounds like a logical next step.
