96 cranks no start/dies while driving

Hey guys new here, problem is the truck cranks but wont fire, bit of info its a 96CCLB F350 auto 4x4 403,xxxK it wont start if its sat over night for for 8+ hours, have to crank on it 3-4 times or unplug ICP then it will start but not always. In the past week it has died on me 3 times driving down the road, first had to crank on it a few times for it to finally fire but didnt see any smoke out tail pipe, second time it fired right back up and this last time I cant get it to fire again. The times it does start once I get it going even if I only drive it for 10 mins it will still start great for the next hour or 2 its only when it sits for 8+hours (air gettig into line somewhere/losing prime?) bit of info
-Starter, Alternator, and Batterys all only a few months old
-Replaced fuse 22 and CPS (possibly bad?) and fuel filter
-Fuel pump making 50 psi and HPOP is at top
-Few days ago pulled fuel bowl and FPR cleaned screen, replaced fuel lines going from pump to bowl, the horse shoe shaped metal ring for the fuel bowl heater is broken off those 3 tabs so was told by mechanic to not plug back in fuel heater on side of bowl
-ICP has slight oil in plug, UVCH plugs at rear of heads look great ones at front have slight oil
-Got a after market intake and exhaust and see smoke out the pipe most times when cranking other then that truck is stock

Hopefully that wasnt to confusing guys, if I think of anything else I will ad it Thanks
