Fuel regulator leaking

I have a leak at the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator. The leak is coming from the brass fitting at the bottom that is held in with a snap ring. There was a thin black o-ring in there. I found a Cat o-ring at work that was close, but it's still leaking. Ford dealer here can't help me. Anyone have any info on a part number or a kit to fix this?

Dieselorings.com sells a repair kit for it with the mesh screen: Fuel Bowl Regulator Filter Repair Kit

It also looks like you could get the o-ring in this regulator repair kit a bit cheaper: Fuel Regulator Repair Kit

Or you could do the complete fuel bowl reseal even cheaper: Complete Fuel Bowl Reseal Kit for the 1994.5 - 1997 Ford 7.3L Diesel

Cheers!

That's so weird, the more you get the cheaper it is! I see a Ford number (Ford 2C3Z 9157 AA) that I might give to the parts guy and see what happens. Thanks.

The first one has the mesh screen which lists at Fors for $88 (Ouch! ... Tousley has it for about $46).

The second one has the orifice vent screen in it, so that adds to the cost too. Cheers!

I got the Kit from Ford. It came with a few other o-rings and a new screen, so I changed all the and now the leak is gone.
