OBS Burning and leaking oil?

Just finished doing head gaskets, injector cups and rosewood stage 1.5 sticks. Drove 20 miles to work seemed fine, on the way home, just before i got out of town I noticed whitish smoke, lots of it. When i got out of town and could get on it she was sluggish. Couple old farmer friends leaned me towards new turbo. Got rebuilt turbo with banks quick spool. Still got same smoke but better power level. More investigating got oil dripping from up pipes and leaking from dp/turbo connection. Power level seems close to normal. Was slightly over filled with oil before first drive, 1/8in above line now 1/8in below line, guessing bout quart of oil in 50 miles. truck ran good before operation, had oil in coolant. this was my first rebuild, followed shop book for torque and installation. any ideas?

oil in coolant usually means your oil cooler needs a rebuild.

Found out about that as I got into the heads, it also looked like small leak starting outside the block.

WTF! Went to check injectors and found rocker arm laying in head, broke both bolts. What could cause that?

After some trans issues being resolved and new quick spool turbo, finally back up and running. But I've got a good amount of white smoke on start up. Before it might puff a litle on cold morning but none was noticeable in the summer. Does it take time for injectors to fully seal? Oil seemed thin when I changed it before trans issue put it in the shop. Also noticed seeping from oil pan and filter. Gonna take her for a ride tommorow see how low it gets. Pretty sure it was over filling still, oil didn't smell like desiel and no water.
