7.3 Squealing

i have a 1997 F350 7.3 PSD with 190000 miles. i am having a squealing problem, i've put a new belt on and has all new pulleys. water pump isn't leaking so i don't think that is it.

Thanks

Every single pulley is new?
Could be the tensioner is too loose.

"Squealing"?

Like a belt? Like metal on metal? Inside the engine? Something in the engine accessory drive? Power Steering pump low on fluid? The vacuum pump have all it's hoses on tight and no cracked or hard hoses? Lot's of places for noises.

Take the belt back off and start the truck. If it stops making the noise, it is absolutely one of the driven pulleys. See if you can get a little closer to specifically where the squeals are coming from and let us know.
