Slow cranking- cant figure out why!

I have a 95 powerstroke. Bone stock with 345k on it. It has always ran great. It was getting hard to start when cold until I put two brand new batteries in it and it started great for about 2 months. Now it always cranks over slow for the first couple cranks and then cranks fast and it cranks for a while before it starts, longer than usual.

It has a brand new alternator, new batteries and the starter is about a year old. All connections seem ok. Brand new glow plugs and solenoid.

I can start it as many times in a row as I want and it starts the same every time. So I believe the batteries are good. It seems to start easier when it's cold.

I hVe ran out of things to check, if someone could help me out in any way possible I would greatly appreciate it! I really want to get to the bottom of this before it leaves me stranded.

-thanks
