poor acceleration and running

hi guys, hoping to get some more possible help on our problem.

a week or so back my dad was on the highway in his van (2003 e350 7.3l) doing 70, suddenly he loses power and cant get past ~45 (at full throttle). since then you can go WOT and it just accelerates really slowly and wont go past around 45. it starts up fine, idles fine, revs decently. sometimes white-ish blue smoke, sometimes no smoke. sounds like it runs great right after you let it sit for a bit then start it. drive it about a mile, and you're back to not being able to get it to go anywhere fast.

i've done some googling and found a few threads on various forums with similar problems, and so far we have replaced the MAP sensor and the exhaust back pressure sensor (it was full of soot). neither of those seemed to address the issue so i was hoping some of you may have some ideas.

edit: the obd2 dlc had a bad fuse, we fixed it, and pulled codes:

P0472 - exhaust pressure sensor low input (we just replaced that sensor)
P0237 - turbo boost sensor a circuit low
P1248 - turbo boost pressure not detected
P0732 - gear 2 incorrect ratio

thanks
