Buying 95 powerstroke need help
Truck won't start. Replaced broken plunger pump.replaced cam sensor. Truck turns over w/o smoke. Don't know what's next

You replaced the fuel pump, are you getting fuel pressure? No smoke out the exhaust obviously means no fuel. So are your injectors not firing, or are they not getting fuel. Thats the next question.
Test fuel pressure at the schrader valve, that would be the very first thing to do. Let us know how much pressure you are seeing.
