95 Still won't Start

Second time around looking for some help. Pulled HPOP and replaced gaskets "O" rings, removed fuel filter canister cleaned and replaced all of the gaskets "o" rings. New hoses on the fuel pump Have cranked quite a bit and still will not start. Loosened the oil lines at the heads and verified that I have oil going to the heads. Have fuel flowing out of the schrader valve when depressing the center while cranking the engine. Still will not start. Pulled the ICP sensor connection off (posting on Ford Enthusiast said it worked for him, after working on HPOP). How much fuel pressure should I have coming out of the schrader valve (on the fuel filter canister) while cranking?
