7.3 hard start

i have a 7.3 in a 99 f450 had trouble in december with the SES light coming on and it would go in to like limp mode i guess sounded like it was running on half of the cylinders it did that a couple of times but finally quit and i made it on home a couple of days later the SES light came on truck died and was hard to get started back and it has stayed on everysince i have to pu tthe battery charger on it and plug in block heater for about an hour to get it to start now I have replaced the cam position sensor it has they grey one i have replaced the icp sensor it reads 480 idling at 650 rpm and 1300 at 2000 rpm i have auto enginuity i am new at using it i unplugged the icp and it jumped up to about 700 idling is this common. the dtcs i have are P1280 ICP sensor circuit low, P0603 KAM memory, P1316 IDM codes detected and cylinder contribution test was P0266 Cyl. 2 cont faul. ,P0272 Cyl. 4 cont fault., P0284 Cyl. 8 cont. fault.
about 5 months ago i replaced glow plugs harness and valve covers with all motor craft parts and i put new injectors in 7 and 8 the truck has 160,000 miles it has always seemed a little weak i usually have a low turbo boost code also any help will be appreciated
