Fuel line boldt striped on the driver side.
I just change my fuel pump on my 96, when i connected the fuel line on the driver side the nut connected to the 45 degree elbow striped, not sure yet if the 45 is strip or just the nut. The bolt is 16 and the elbow is 17 in the picture below. is the there a way to change the nut on the fuel line or use a repair kit and does anyone have the part numbers to order a new fuel line.

I went to the dealer today and they dont have the 45 degree elbow number 17 in the picture above. They gave me a 90 degree elbow at the dealer i took it to the hardware store and one side is 1/8 and the other side is 5/16. i was going to try a 5/16 compression fitting by cutting the line and changing the compression nut that is striped out and putting it back together with a compression union. now i have to remove my turbo. it's probably better to use a flexible fuel line, anyone have a better idea
